Invictus Games Sydney 2018 undertakes a thorough recruitment process to ensure we recruit the right person for the right role.

Our recruitment process involves a number of steps, including phone screening, face to face interviews and reference checking. Our interviews will involve a senior executive and the hiring manager.  A Position Description listing the key competencies of the position will be provided to candidates prior to interview.

Invictus Games Sydney 2018 is currently recruiting the following positions:

Sponsorship Manager 

Reporting to the Director Sponsorship, the Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for developing, growing and maintaining relationships with key commercial partners for the Invictus Games Sydney 2018. Primary duties will include sponsor servicing and support of key sponsor programs including hospitality, signage, accreditation and ticketing. The Sponsorship Manager will work with our sponsors to drive engagement campaigns and leverage the Invictus Games Sydney 2018 within their networks and channels.

Fundraising and Community Engagement Coordinator

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, the Fundraising and Community Engagement Coordinator will be part of the Legacy NSW team and seconded to the Invictus Games Sydney 2018.  This role will be responsible for providing support to the Fundraising Manager and Head of Community Engagement to ensure the team is maximising all fundraising opportunities and engagement throughout the community.
