Invictus Games Sydney 2018 undertakes a thorough recruitment process to ensure we recruit the right person for the right role.

Our recruitment process involves a number of steps, including phone screening, face to face interviews and reference checking. Our interviews will involve a senior executive and the hiring manager.  A Position Description listing the key competencies of the position will be provided to candidates prior to interview.

Invictus Games Sydney 2018 is currently recruiting the following position:

Technology Cluster Manager

Reporting to the Head of Technology, the Technology Cluster Manager is responsible for the demand evaluation, venue planning, delivery and operational management of technology across a number of Invictus Games Sydney 2018 venues. They will be responsible for a volunteer team at their venues and contribute to central technology management throughout.

Accommodation Coordinator 

Reporting to the Travel & Accommodation Manager, the Accommodation Manager is responsible for a range of administrative projects within the Games Services team for the Invictus Games Sydney 2018. This is a hands-on role, with a strong focus on the day to day coordination of the Invictus Games accommodation requirements.

Recruitment Manager 

Reporting to the HR Director, the Recruitment Manager is responsible for providing high quality support and advice to internal stakeholders relating to recruitment activities in a fast paced and changing environment. They will also work closely with the HR Director on the implementation and rollout of HR and recruitment initiatives.
