Invictus Games Sydney 2018 undertakes a thorough recruitment process to ensure we recruit the right person for the right role.
Our recruitment process involves a number of steps, including phone screening, face to face interviews and reference checking. Our interviews will involve a senior executive and the hiring manager. A Position Description listing the key competencies of the position will be provided to candidates prior to interview.

Games Delivery Roles - Expressions of Interest
The Invictus Games Sydney 2018 Delivery department is responsible for leading and overseeing all operational delivery of the Games. The department is made up of a variety of important operational work areas.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from event professionals who are interested in joining the Games Delivery team in 2018. Please refer to the Expression of Interest (EOI) document for more information and submission details. We will be accepting EOIs through to 12 February 2018.
Volunteer Positions - Participating Nations Liaisons
To assist in delivering the Games we are seeking expressions of interest to fill 17 available Nation Liaison Officer (NLO) positions to assist teams.
NLOs will be the first point of contact for our participating nations and must have exceptional communication skills to be able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. NLOs must also possess a deep understanding and cultural awareness of their assigned nation along with relevant advanced language skills (written and spoken).
