Invictus Games Sydney 2018 undertakes a thorough recruitment process to ensure we recruit the right person for the right role.

Our recruitment process involves a number of steps, including phone screening, face to face interviews and reference checking. Our interviews will involve a senior executive and the hiring manager.  A Position Description listing the key competencies of the position will be provided to candidates prior to interview.

Logistics Manager 

Reporting to the Head of Games Services, the Logistics Manager will lead the Logistics Functional Area in developing an end-to-end logistics service, planning and delivering a multi-faceted operation for the Invictus Games Sydney 2018. During the planning phase the position will be responsible for managing operations across all client groups for the Games. Please view the position description for more information.

Overlay Manager 

Reporting to the Head of Games Services, the Overlay Manager will lead the planning for the delivery of a multi-faceted overlay operation for the Invictus Games Sydney 2018. During the planning phase the position will be responsible for liaising with venue owners and all other necessary stakeholders to manage overlay design and delivery for each venue. Please view the position description for more information.

Games System Coordinator

Reporting to the Games Systems Manager, the Games Systems Coordinator will assist in the operation and support of the Games Management System (GMS) and on venue Timing Scoring and Results systems (TSR). The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience of working with multi-sport results and accreditation systems as well as practical experience of software application testing, monitoring and support.
